Taylor Wane

Taylor Wane is a British pornographic actress, director, Playboy Radio Host for Private Calls and model. She was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2005 and then Inducted into the Legends Hall of Fame in 2006. Wane had initially wanted to be a teacher. However, at age 18 she won a Calendar Girl Competition that her mother had entered her into. This led to her wanting to become a model, and she was soon signed by an agency. After moving to London, her career headed towards topless modeling. She then moved to Los Angeles, where she spent over a year modeling for men's magazines, before entering the adult film industry at the age of around 21. She began directing in 1992 and has since directed at least 30 films. In June 1994 she was the Penthouse Pet of the Month. Wane has appeared on television programs including Howard Stern On Demand, Mind of the Married Man, Gene Simmons Family Jewels, Nip/Tuck and My Bare Lady, and has appeared in music videos for the bands Danzig, Game Related and The Nobodys. She has written columns for Swank, Leg Pleasure and XXX Erotic film guide.
